If you have a valid status number, you are eligible for therapy services. This program covers a minimum of 20 hours of therapy for those who qualify.
How do I start the process of accessing therapy with NIHB?
Once you provide your status number, we’ll handle the rest. Our team will confirm your eligibility and coordinate coverage for your therapy sessions.
What does NIHB cover in terms of therapy services?

How many hours of therapy can I access?

You can book a session by calling us, or emailing us. You can start with filling out with the intake form and we’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions you have.
Can I reschedule or cancel a therapy session? What’s your policy?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a session with notice. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
How soon can I start therapy after booking?
We strive to schedule your first session as soon as possible, often within one to two weeks, depending on availability.
Do you work with clients from all over Saskatchewan?
Yes, we welcome clients from all over Saskatchewan, whether in-person or virtually. We are committed to making our services accessible to everyone.
